Policies for all Fluence Products and Services
Diversity and Inclusion:
Fluence maintains a policy of inclusivity and strives to create a safe and supportive environment where people can come together to learn. Our concern for the wellbeing of others extends to our staff, collaborators, program attendees, and all who encounter our work in this broad and interconnected world. We strive to be a leader in diversifying the field of psychedelic-informed medical and mental health professionals, inclusive of a broad spectrum of races, ethnicities, genders, religions, faiths, classes, sexual orientations, abilities, health statuses, linguistic backgrounds, national origins, immigration statuses, and other categories. All lead trainers at Fluence are also licensed clinicians and MAPS trained MDMA therapists and abide by the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy Code of Ethics, as well as the ethical canons of their respective professions. Please see our Mission Statement and if you have questions or comments about diversity and inclusion at Fluence, please bring them to us at [email protected]

Live (and Online) Workshops (ex: Psychedelic Integration: Premise and Promise, Understanding Ketamine):

Transfers made at least 7 days prior to the program start date will not incur a processing fee. Transfers made less than 7 days prior to the program start date will incur a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made prior to the course start date will incur a $50 fee. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the start date of the course.
Certificate Program Refund Policy: In the event that a Certificate Program participant chooses to terminate their enrollment in the program at any time, but not in response to a difficulty identified by program staff, trainees will be refunded an amount equal to fees corresponding to any course(s) they have paid for and not yet taken and 50% of the program administrative fees.
To make a transfer or cancelation request, please contact: [email protected]
Attendance:
You are expected to attend your training program in its entirety. If you must miss a portion or a meeting, please let the instructors know in advance so your absence can be planned for. We do not allow partial attendance (i.e. signing up for only 2 days of a 5-day retreat). Certificates of attendance will only be issued for those who attend the entirety of the training program.
Continuing Education:
CE and CME are provided by cosponsorship (affiliation) with our credentialed partners. If you are attending as a Continuing Medical Education (CME) learner or purchased a CE Certificate you must be present for the entirety of the training program in order to claim and receive full credit for CME activities or a CE certificate. Attendance is closely monitored in a variety of ways depending on the type of workshop or event and we are obligated to continuously check attendance and full completion of the course/workshop. We must provide records to our CME and CE providers confirming your attendance. There is no partial CME or CE credit or makeup credit for missed hours. If you purchase a CE Certificate or wish to claim your CME activities but do not attend in full and we cannot issue your CME credits or CE certificate. In these cases CE fee will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee. Corresponding portions of CME tickets will be refunded, minus the base program fee and a processing fee of $50. All CE and CME purchases must be completed prior to the start of a program. All refunds must be requested within 7 days of course completion. We reserve the right to refund and cancel the purchase of any CE or CME which has not been claimed (by completion of course evaluation and relevant attestation) within 7 days.
